Position Overview:
HIAM is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee our innovation assessment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams. As a HIAM Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects align with HIAM’s vision for excellence in innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria, aligning them with client expectations and HIAM’s strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate communication between clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth project flow and quick issue resolution.
- Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment throughout each project phase.
- Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a high-performance culture that supports creativity and efficiency.
- Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining focus on delivering value to clients.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targets.
- Report on project financials, tracking budget adherence and providing insights for future improvements.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet HIAM’s quality standards, conducting thorough reviews and implementing quality control measures.
- Continuously improve project management processes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a consulting, innovation, or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
