Position Overview:
HIAM is seeking insightful and detail-oriented Research Analysts to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our innovation assessment models and client solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data from various sources, including industry reports, academic publications, and client-specific metrics.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and methodologies, identifying patterns and trends that inform innovation insights and assessments.
- Market and Industry Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic shifts, and emerging technologies to support HIAM’s innovation framework and benchmarking standards.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to provide well-rounded insights on innovation practices and strategies.
- Report Development:
- Compile research findings into clear, concise reports that are easy for clients and internal teams to understand and apply.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop tailored reports, including actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
- Support for Innovation Models:
- Assist in refining HIAM’s innovation assessment models by providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies and metrics that enhance the accuracy and relevance of our innovation assessments.
- Client Collaboration:
- Support client projects by providing relevant research insights, contributing to the creation of comprehensive assessments, and addressing client inquiries.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that research aligns with client needs and project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Research, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or additional certifications in data analysis or market research is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst, ideally in innovation, consulting, or data-driven research environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way.
- Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and research challenges.
- Familiarity with innovation trends, market dynamics, and industry benchmarking practices is highly desirable.
